This program comes with an investment of $2,000 for LRCC members and $3,000 for future LRCC members. The application deadline is Friday, Aug. 1.

About Dr. Tonya C. Bailey

Dr. Tonya C. Bailey is a visionary executive leader with over 25 years of experience driving transformation in higher education, corporate environments, and community engagement. A recognized architect of innovative diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies, she has designed and implemented award-winning initiatives that foster belonging, access, and institutional excellence.

As a sought-after keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, executive coach, and inclusion strategist, Dr. Bailey is renowned for her ability to engage diverse audiences and cultivate environments that empower individuals and organizations to thrive. She specializes in creating inclusive cultures that advance equity, drive systemic change, and inspire collective action.

Dr. Bailey’s executive leadership portfolio includes serving as a Presidential Advisor, Vice President of Operations, Chief Diversity Officer, Associate Dean, and Program Director for Student Success. Her expertise in strategic planning, community engagement, and health equity uniquely positions her as a thought leader in institutional transformation and sustainable organizational growth.

A Certified Diversity Executive (CDE), she holds a Ph.D. in Higher Educational Leadership from Central Michigan University, a Master of Public Administration from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications.

In addition to her institutional leadership, Dr. Bailey is the CEO of TCB Consulting LLC, a boutique firm specializing in executive coaching, corporate strategy, and professional development. Founded in 2011, the firm is committed to transforming individuals and organizations from the inside out, equipping leaders with the tools to foster inclusive excellence and drive measurable impact.
