Legislative Update: House Passes Paid Sick Leave & Minimum Wage Bills, Advance to Senate
This week, the Michigan State House of Representatives passed two critical bills aimed at making legislative fixes to better balance the needs of both employers and employees. These measures seek to ensure that Michigan remains both competitive for businesses and fair for workers.
- House Bill 4001: Passed with a vote of 63-41
- House Bill 4002: Passed with a vote of 67-38
