Nominations Now Open for the 2026 ATHENA PowerLink Award
(Lansing, MI) – The Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce (LRCC) is excited to announce that nominations are now open for the prestigious ATHENA PowerLink (APL) Award, an initiative that supports women entrepreneurs by offering a year of free, personalized business consulting, valued at over $25,000. The program pairs selected female business owners with a panel of expert advisors, who provide strategic guidance and offer actionable strategies and support designed to help business owners overcome barriers to success.
Established in 1999, ATHENA PowerLink of Lansing’s mission is to assist women entrepreneurs achieve greater success with access to a panel of business advisors and mentors. This is an affiliate program of ATHENA International, an organization dedicated to creating leadership opportunities for women, and the LRCC. Each year, this program empowers local women to take their companies to the next level, fostering economic growth and promoting diversity in leadership across the region.

Women entrepreneurs in the greater Lansing area are encouraged to apply for the APL Award by submitting nominations before the deadline of February 7, 2025. The selection process will consider applicants who demonstrate leadership potential, a commitment to their community, and a drive to take their business to new heights.
