Statement Attributed to Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce President & CEO Tim Daman
“The latest announcement by the CDC that fully vaccinated people can participate in indoor or outdoor activities without wearing a mask or practicing physical distancing represents a positive step towards fully relaunching our regional economy. The CDC announcement signals that it is time for Governor Gretchen Whitmer to update restrictions and establish guidelines that are consistent with the CDC guidance. Additionally, we also urge MIOSHA to pullback on the plans to make COVID-19 Workplace Safety Rules permanent.”
